I can’t find the ReFill pouches on-line anymore for my SUPREMEpro 3 ReFill system can, where can I get them?
Unfortunately, we have made the difficult decision to stop selling the ReFill System and its 600g ReFill pouches due to a packaging issue that has been identified on a small number of products within the ReFill range. The safety and quality of our products are a non-negotiable priority. While the packaging issue does not present a safety concern, it does not meet our strict quality standards. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
Will you supply the SUPREMEpro 3 ReFill System Kits and ReFill Pouches again sometime in the future?
Unfortunately, we don’t expect to be able to supply the ReFill System for the foreseeable future. However, the ReFill system was part of our broader commitment to reducing our packaging – and we are still committed to finding ways to achieve this.
What can I do with my ReFill Kit can?
The can is made from stainless steel, so it’s quite durable and could be re-purposed for a different use.
Please note, unfortunately stainless steel cans cannot be recycled via kerbside collection, so to recycle the can it will need to be taken to a designated recycling drop-off point or scrap metal yard that accepts stainless steel. Check with your local council or waste management facility for locations in your area.
Is the ReFill System formulation the same as other NAN SUPREMEpro 3 products?
Yes, NAN SUPREMEpro 3 in 800g cans, 4x32g travel packs and our the 600g ReFill pouches are the same formulation.
